What you can see
Two Costa Rican birds. One is a wild nest, the other an aviary of rescued birds.
The great green macaw nest (Sarapiqui, Heredia) is a wild nest in the Sarapiqui rainforest. Both the bird and the mountain almond tree it nests in are on the edge of extinction, which makes the nest itself a rare thing. It is one of the nests a conservation group keeps watch on.
The toucan aviary (Heredia) houses toucans rescued from the illegal pet trade or from accidents and judged unable to return to the wild. Keel-billed and chestnut-mandibled toucans move about the branches.
The aviary always has birds in it, which is the point of the pair: when the nest is empty, something is still moving in the other frame.

When to watch
For both the provider gives no season. A nest camera changes with incubation and fledging, but we are not going to invent a date for it here.
Costa Rica is 15 hours behind Japan, with no daylight saving. Local 06:00 is 21:00 in Japan, local noon is 03:00 the next day, and local 18:00 is 09:00. So 21:00 in the Japanese evening and 09:00 the next morning are the two ends of the local daylight.
It is close to the equator, so the length of the day barely changes across the year. This is a camera whose viewing time you never have to adjust for the season.
