Three cameras from explore.org: a wild great green macaw nest, a macaw charity's feeder and an aviary for toucans that cannot be released. Costa Rica runs fifteen hours behind Japan, so daylight there is the Japanese night.
What you can see
All three are explore.org live streams, and all three are cameras on large-billed birds. They could hardly be more different from one another, though: they form three steps — a wild nest, a charity's feeder, and an enclosure for birds that cannot go back.
The great green macaw nest is a wild nest in the rainforest at Sarapiquí. Both the bird and the mountain almond tree it nests in are on the brink, which makes the nests themselves scarce; this is one of the nests a conservation charity keeps watch over. Of the three, it is the least intervened-in picture on the site.
The macaw feeder sits in front of a macaw charity's visitor building at Punta Islita, with two more feeding stations set in a guanacaste tree behind it. The provider says 09:30 local is good, and that the birds come to the photography feeder at 07:15 on Wednesdays. It is the only camera on this site where the guidance names a day of the week as well as an hour.
The toucan aviary houses toucans taken in from the illegal pet trade or after accidents and judged unable to return to the wild. Keel-billed and chestnut-mandibled toucans move between the branches and play. It makes a rewarding picture, but it is worth saying plainly that the reason those birds are there is not a wild one.
The provider does not permit reproduction of its images, so this site carries no sample image for any of these three.

When to watch
Fifteen hours behind Japan, and no daylight saving. 22:00 in Japan is 07:00 in Costa Rica; 07:00 in Japan is 16:00 there. So the daylight hours run from the Japanese evening through to the following morning. Open these during the Japanese day and all three are dark.
The macaw feeder comes with times from the provider. 09:30 local is 00:30 Japan time; 07:15 on a Wednesday is 22:15 on the Wednesday in Japan. That second one falls in Japanese waking hours, so it is worth aiming for.
Costa Rica is close to the equator, so sunrise and sunset barely shift across the year. The provider gives no seasonal guidance for the other two, so neither does this site. The nest camera changes completely depending on whether there are chicks in it, but nothing is written about when that is.
