Fushimi Inari Taisha is the shrine known for its thousand vermilion gates. Neither of these two cameras is pointed at the shrine itself — both watch the road up to it.
The main approach is the road up to the tower gate. The shrine never shuts its gate, so there can be people on it at any hour.
The rear approach is the narrow street of restaurants that runs up to the shrine alongside it. Put the two side by side and you can see at once which one is moving.
They come from different places: the main approach from the Kyoto National Highway Office, the rear approach from the Kyoto City Tourism Association. Both are video, so you see the flow itself.

When to watch

If what you want is how crowded it is, the useful moment to open it is just before you set out. An unbroken band of people now will still be there when you arrive.
This shrine does not shut. Unlike most temple and shrine cameras, there are people on it in the middle of the night — which is also when you can walk it with room.
